Eddoe
Eddoe is the root of a plant, this plant is related to the Taro plant. Originally, this root comes from China. Eddoe is a starchy vegetable and has many similarities to the potato in terms of preparation and uses. On the outside, the eddoe is hairy that can be compared to a coconut.
